Delivery

Delivery is normally within 10 - 14 days of an order processed through the site.

This estimate may be 2-3 weeks during peak times or deliveries to areas considered 'remote'.

We typically work with our customers to ensure that the required delivery schedule is met.

All deliveries are done by the delivery driver alone and some items are very heavy. Ideally someone should be home to accept delivery and help with off loading.

Deliveries are to the curbside only.

We cannot help with installs, carrying items in or around properties etc. We do not have insurance to cover such works and delivery drivers have tight schedules to keep.
